Service Description

The CCR (Closed Circuit Rebreather) Trimix Diver course is an advanced technical diving course that focuses on using a rebreather to explore deep underwater environments. This course is designed for experienced divers who have already completed the CCR diver course and are proficient in using a rebreather. The CCR Trimix Diver course teaches divers how to plan and execute dives using trimix gas blends to reach greater depths. Trimix is a blend of helium, nitrogen, and oxygen that is used to reduce the effects of narcosis and prevent oxygen toxicity at depths beyond the limits of air. In addition to learning about gas mixtures and decompression planning, divers in this course will also learn about advanced dive planning, rescue techniques, and emergency procedures. To enroll in the CCR Trimix Diver course, divers must be at least 18 years old, have a minimum of 100 logged dives, and have a CCR diver certification. The course typically takes several weeks to complete and includes classroom sessions, pool training, and open water dives. Upon completion of the course, divers will be able to dive to depths of up to 100 meters (330 feet) using trimix gas blends.
